Cookie Ministry - November 2025
COOKIE MINISTRY BLESSING...Our church family baked 169 dozen cookies (plus pies, breads, and desserts!) to thank our amazing community servants. From police, fire, EMTs, dispatch, public works, electric co-ops, MODOT, and more - we delivered treats all across Stone County and every stop was grateful and blessed. A sweet highlight; we even ran into a few community servants on the road and surprised them with Nancy Swank's famous pressed sugar cookies - big smiles all around! A huge thanks to Sue Childers for organizing the event, for the photos, and to our wonderful bakers, and to Donna, Jerry and Doyle for delivering.
School Readiness Fair 2025
Back-to-school anticipation can bring excitement for kids and parents, but it can also be a time of stress and anxiety. Thankfully, because of Unite Table Rock Lake and volunteers from organizations throughout Stone County, approximately 500 children are now well equipped to start back to school with new supplies, clothing, shoes, and haircuts! This event takes a “village” coming together and it was heartwarming to see! What a special privilege we have at New Testament Christian Church be the host facility for events like this in our community!
Cookie Ministry - July 2025
Armed with 163 dozen cookies, NTCC set out to surprise our very special community servants!
Donna Klick, Jerry and Bobby Kirk, Jerry Jenkins and Doyle Childers made the welcomed deliveries.
Varieties included Hot Chocolate Cookies, Watermelon Sugar Cookies, Blueberry Cheesecake Cookies, and Cranberry Cream Cheese Snickerdoodles.
Roberta Jenkins sent her "warm from the oven" cinnamon rolls and Linda Good made her patriotic - red, white, and blue theme cakes in addition to a luscious pecan upside down cake.
